About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a quality portfolio of approximately 200 properties. This is a true end-to-end management position, supported by dedicated administration and accounts teams to help you focus on delivering outstanding results.
You’ll be part of a close-knit department of seven Property Managers, with a Department Head who also manages a portfolio — creating a strong culture of teamwork and mutual support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a mixed commercial portfolio including lease renewals, rent reviews, maintenance, and client communication.
• Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Ensure compliance, arrears management, and property inspections are handled efficiently with full team support.
• Work within REST and Filesmart.

About You:
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• At least 2 years’ experience in property management (commercial or residential).
• A positive, professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability and a proactive mindset.
• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate and driver’s licence.

This role would suit an experienced Commercial Property Manager or a confident Residential PM looking to transition into commercial. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking team in a supportive and stable environment.

The Offer:

• Salary range $60,000–$90,000 + Super (commensurate with experience).
