Property Manager Cadet – what you’ll be doing:

Supporting senior Property Managers with leasing, opens, ingoings/outgoings and routine inspections.
Assisting with tenant and landlord communication, application processing and documentation.
Learning end‑to‑end portfolio management in a structured, mentored environment.
Handling admin, database updates and compliance tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

Sales Cadet – what you’ll be doing:

Assisting Sales Agents with buyer work, open homes, callbacks and database management.
Helping prepare appraisals, listing kits, marketing campaigns and social media content.
Learning prospecting, negotiation foundations and how to run a listing from start to sold.
Providing strong customer service and becoming a familiar face in the local community.

Who we’re looking for:

A confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and building relationships.
Professional presentation, strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
A genuine interest in real estate and long-term career growth in either Property Management or Sales.
Current driver’s licence and reliable car
MUST HAVE AN Agent’s Representative Certificate OR Certificate 4 in Real Estate.
