About the role:

• End-to-end management of a commercial property portfolio, including tenant and landlord relationships, arrears, outgoings, and lease compliance.​
• Manage rent collection, minimise arrears, oversee annual rent reviews and market reviews, and ensure accuracy of all invoices and statements.​
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, option and renewal letters, insurance reviews, re-leasing activities, inspections, and condition reports.​
• Prepare lease and disclosure documentation, manage bank guarantees/security deposits, and provide up-to-date information to accounts and management.​
• Support business growth by identifying additional fee opportunities and actively seeking new managements where appropriate.​

About you:

• Experience in commercial property management or mixed (retail/office/industrial) portfolios, with a solid understanding of leases and legislation (including Retail Leases Act 2003 or similar).​
• Confident communicator who can solve problems, negotiate outcomes, and provide proactive, professional service to landlords, tenants, and contractors.​
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and accountable, with strong follow-up, sound judgment, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.​
• Comfortable with property management and accounting systems, numbers, and reporting, with an eye for both risk management and revenue opportunities.​

Salary range - $90,000 - $120,000 + Super dependent on your experience
