About the role
Help the our Customer/ Sales team to be more productive, work more effectively, and deliver better service to their customers. You will be supporting the Account Managers’ work with actioning inbound enquiries, support sales transactions with the full cycle of the deal and actioning internal and external customer enquiries.
Day-to-day you will:
- Provide peer support and on the job direction to less experienced members of the team.
- Actively build cross-Practice and cross-Function collaboration across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value. Facilitate communication, partnerships and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers.
- Implement processes that improve our effectiveness and drive customer outcomes.
- Assist with the maintenance and updating of the Customer Operations Manual that details all policies and procedures pertaining to the Customer Operations team.
- Keep the sales database up to date with relevant information and interactions.
- Provide support to internal stakeholders with sales transactions, including quote preparation, ordering, fulfilling and invoicing orders.
- Address customer issues promptly and accurately
- Drive new and renewal business by proactively preparing relevant information regarding opportunities.
About You
You are customer-obsessed and a self-starter, you go above and beyond to deliver extraordinary results and experiences for customers.
- Tertiary qualification in Information technology or similar field (preferred).
- Training in sales methodologies is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience gained from working in sales operations, ideally gained from the cyber security, technology or professional services industry
- Able to process and manage new business, renewals, alterations and cancellations to high standards of customer service
- Experience providing administrative support for the production of tenders, bids and other sales-related documents
