The Team
We are a team of highly specialised and internationally recognised experts covering digital forensic investigations, threat hunting and cyber breach response.

How you will make an impact
Be a Leader who manages both their squad members and their clients through each engagement
Day to day you will:
- Collaborate with Directors and others across DFIR to support a high-performance practice.
- Engage in performance discussions and operational improvement activities in relation to your development in this role.
- Lead a DFIR squad in delivering successful client engagements in accordance with the DFIR operational framework, including:
- Leading and actively participating in the delivery of engagements,
- Managing the overall client relationship,
- Scoping the client's requirements and defining work to be performed,
- Managing engagement budgets, client approval and effort against them,
- Completing engagement letters and other documentation and administration,
- Producing high quality client deliverables, including updates and reports,
- Managing engagement risks and other engagement issues,
- Tracking squad utilisation and balancing workloads across squad members, and
- Managing leave and absences for squad members.
- With the support and supervision of your Director, lead, coach, and build a DFIR squad to enable learning and development. Learn to understand each squad member’s skills, drivers, and aspirations. Develop your ability to work with each squad member to continuously develop their skills, raise their capabilities, and build a career path and progression plan.
- Actively seek assistance where engagement or squad leadership responsibilities exceed your current capabilities or approved delegation, recognise these as opportunities to learn and seek involvement in the activity.
- Take responsibility for refining operational processes and procedures across the DFIR practice in consultation with your Director.
Skills & Qualifications
- Tertiary or related qualifications or experience in information technology or similar.
- Proven experience in DFIR, consistently leading teams to deliver high-quality DFIR work with little guidance.
- Attainment of at least three relevant DFIR certifications.
- Ability to attain a further advanced relevant DFIR certification.
- Highly effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills, building credibility with senior leaders and internal working teams.
