Pearl Recruitment is partnering with an established WA-based container solutions business seeking an experienced Sales / Account Manager to join their growing team in Bibra Lake.

Operating from a local depot, the business provides new, used and modified shipping container solutions across commercial, construction, mining and logistics sectors. 

This is a consultative sales role suited to someone who genuinely enjoys selling, building relationships and turning customer enquiries into tailored solutions. You'll manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to quote, negotiation and close, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver the right outcome for the customer.

What's on Offer:

• $100,000 + superannuation
• Permanent full-time position
• Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 4:30pm
• Bibra Lake location
• Predominantly phone-based sales with warm and inbound enquiries
• Established customer base and repeat business
• Full product and industry training
• ASAP start

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming sales enquiries and key client accounts
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable container solutions
• Prepare and follow up quotes, negotiate and close sales
• Build strong relationships with new and repeat customers
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate additional business
• Coordinate with internal modifications, logistics and operational teams
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process
• Keep accurate customer, quote and pipeline information within Salesforce and internal systems
• Work towards individual sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain a high level of customer service from initial enquiry through to delivery

What You'll Need:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets and KPIs
• Strong phone communication and closing skills
• Confidence negotiating and progressing sales opportunities
• A consultative, customer-focused approach
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries, quotes and follow-ups
• Self-motivated, proactive and commercially minded approach
• Confidence communicating with customers and different areas of the business
• CRM experience, ideally Salesforce, is advantageous
