Our client is a boutique Civil Engineering Consultancy based in Subiaco, with a strong focus on delivering civil design services for land development projects across the Perth metropolitan area.

With a close-knit team of seven staff, they offer a collaborative and hands-on environment where engineers have genuine involvement across the business and its projects. By way of growth, they are seeking a passionate and ambitious Senior Civil Engineer who is looking to take the next step in their career.

About the role:
You will be heavily involved in the design and delivery of a diverse range of land development projects, predominantly across the residential and commercial sectors. Working closely with the wider team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, contribute to technical outcomes and play an active role in the day-to-day operations of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys variety, values being involved from start to finish and wants to make a genuine impact within a growing consultancy.

About You:

• Degree qualifications in Civil Engineering.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, ideally within land development projects.
• Experience across residential and/or commercial civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• A passionate, motivated and ambitious approach, with a genuine desire to develop professionally and grow with the business.
