Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators for high-priority permanent opportunities across the WA Goldfields. We are specifically looking for Loader and Rockbreaker Operators with strong production mining experience.

Rate Negotiable Pending Experience
Super on ALL Hours Worked + $5.00/hr Site Bonus
 
Roles Available: 
These positions will suit experienced Mobile Plant Operators who are confident operating large-scale mining equipment across active mine site environments.  
 
Loader / Rockbreaker Operator - Crushing
Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of consistent, relevant operating experience on loaders and/or rockbreakers, with experience in production mining and crushing operations highly regarded.
 
Key Duties:

• Feeding the crushing plant using a loader.
• Loading Moxy dump trucks.
• Managing and moving stockpile material.
• Operating rockbreakers as required.
• Monitoring and maximising crushing circuit.
• Adjusting cone crushers and feeder speeds to maintain efficient production.
• Supporting general production and material handling activities.

Requirements: To be considered, you will need:

• Minimum 2 years' relevant operating experience, with proven experience on the relevant machinery
• Relevant operating tickets / competencies
• Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence
• National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Currently living in WA (essential)
