Our client is an employer of choice and a leading distributor of construction equipment that operates on a national scale. As exclusive dealers of some of the worlds larges brands, they offer an extensive range of equipment to meet the needs of customers. They are currently seeking a Service Manager for their branch in Darwin's Northern Suburbs.
 
What will this position entail?

• Lead and develop service technicians within the workshop.
• Support the Branch Manager in executing the business plan and growing the customer base.
• Build and manage an effective, safe, and productive service operation.
• Ensure all services are scheduled, completed on time, and technically supported.
• Prepare and submit repair quotes, arrange services, and foster strong customer relationships.

What are the requirements?

• Previous supervisory experience within mining or construction.
• Mechanical or electrical trade qualification (essential).
• Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol test.
• Full Australian working rights.
