Our client specialises in the manufacturing and mechanical maintenance of a wide range of prefabricated products and innovative industrial equipment in WA. As a result of ongoing and sustained growth, they are currently seeking an Administration Officer to assist their growing team.  
 
Administration Officer - Design, Estimation and Fabrication
Ascot Location (+ free parking on site)
$35.00hr + Super
Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
* Project estimated to go from January 2026 - April/May 2026 - strong possibility of extension for the right candidate. *
 
What will this position entail?
Supporting the internal team and ensuring efficient delivery of administration services. Duties will include: 

• Act as first point of contact for department, managing incoming calls and email inquiries.
• Provide general administrative support to managers, including diary support, scanning, filing, and accurate data entry.
• Maintain project and production records by updating project management systems.
• Coordinate and administer service providers and purchasing activities.
• Assist with estimating and reporting by gathering supplier prices, supporting preparation of bids and gathering financial reports.
• Provide customer and internal updates on job progress, delivery schedules and any emerging issues to support clear communication.
• Provide other administrative overflow tasks, such as backup support for other departments, and undertaking any other reasonable tasks directed by managers.

What are the requirements?

• Strong customer service skills and ability to professionally liaise with clients 
• Previous experience in a similar administrative role 
• Attention to detail and competency with Microsoft Outlook 
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously 
• Full working rights 
• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol assessment
