Roster: 2:1 - 7 Days, 7 Nights, 7 Off
Hours: 12-hour shifts (days and nights)
Pay Rate: $79.01 per hour (flat rate for all shifts)
Weekly Earnings: Approx. $6,636.84 before tax
Start Date: ASAP
 
About the Opportunity
Our client is a reputable mining services contractor. We are currently seeking skilled Mechanical Fitters to join their team at a major site in the Goldfields Region. This position suits mechanically driven individuals with hands-on experience in fixed plant maintenance and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and performance.
 
What You'll Be Doing

• Performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections on fixed plant equipment
• Troubleshooting mechanical faults and ensuring minimal downtime
• Conducting preventative maintenance to support continuous production
• Working collaboratively with the maintenance team to uphold site safety standards
• Completing all required documentation and adhering to workplace procedures

Mandatory Requirements

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
• Working at Heights (within 2 years)
• Confined Space (within 2 years)
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Construction White Card
• Ability to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
