Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Storeperson for our client who specialise in aftermarket earthmoving machinery parts. Based in Canning Vale, this role offers an immediate start and a long-term opportunity for progression.
 
Forklift Operator / Storeperson
Canning Vale Location
$35 - $40 hr + Super + Penalties
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Temp to Perm Opportunity
 
Responsibilities:

• Forklift operating to load/unload trucks with an 8T forklift
• Stock counting
• Using SAP to organise dispatch and receivables
• Manual paperwork to check off inbound/outbound goods
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all safety procedures
• Microsoft suite use - excel and outlook

To be successful for this position:

• Valid forklift licence (essential)
• Previous 1 year experience handling heavy machinery / industrial parts
• Experience using SAP
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Current WA Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety on site
