Role Description
Avionics LAME required to support line maintenance operations on Dash 8 Q400 aircraft in Cairns. The role involves troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of aircraft systems and components, ensuring all work is carried out in line with safety and regulatory standards.

Essential Requirements
Required Role Experience: Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience on Q400 or similar turboprop aircraft (A220 exposure advantageous)
Maintenance Qualification / Licence: CASA licence on Q400, Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics)
Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia with ability to mobilise quickly
Skills: Strong troubleshooting, repair, and installation capability across aircraft systems; solid communication and teamwork skills
Attitude: Safety-focused, proactive, adaptable, team-oriented, and able to follow direction effectively
