Role Description
An experienced Tool Store Clerk is required to support aircraft maintenance operations by ensuring tooling is available, serviceable, calibrated and compliant for operational use. This role is responsible for tool control, calibration coordination, repairs, procurement, inventory management and supplier liaison activities.
Working closely with maintenance, engineering and safety teams, you will play a key role in maintaining tooling availability, supporting compliance requirements and ensuring maintenance activities can be completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities include tool issue and return management, calibration scheduling, troubleshooting tooling issues, procurement and purchase order administration, maintaining tooling records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance operations.

Essential Requirements
Required Role Experience: Minimum 2 years' tooling management, repair or troubleshooting experience within aircraft maintenance or a similar technical environment
Maintenance Qualification / Licence: Relevant technical qualification highly regarded
Work Rights: Full Australian working rights required
Skills: Tool control, calibration management, inventory control, procurement, supplier coordination, Microsoft Office proficiency, technical documentation interpretation and mechanical troubleshooting
Knowledge: Understanding of aircraft maintenance tooling requirements; Part 145 knowledge highly regarded
Attitude: Strong attention to detail, organised, proactive, customer-focused and committed to safety and compliance
