Role Description
An experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer is required to join a heavy maintenance team supporting turboprop aircraft in a structured maintenance environment based in Goulburn.
This role focuses on SAAB SF340 maintenance operations, with additional experience on SA227 Metroliner and PT6 engine platforms highly regarded. The position involves troubleshooting, inspections, maintenance tasks, and ensuring continued airworthiness in accordance with CASA regulations, manuals, and company procedures.
The successful candidate will be part of a small, focused team and must be capable of working with minimal supervision while maintaining strong safety and compliance standards.
Essential Requirements
Required Role Experience:
• Strong experience on turboprop aircraft maintenance
• SAAB SF340 type rating (mandatory)
• Experience with PT6 engine operations (essential)
• SA227 Metroliner experience highly regarded
• Ability to work independently in a heavy maintenance environment
• Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Maintenance Qualification / Licence:
• CASA Part 66 B1 Licence (or equivalent acceptable category)
• Current aircraft maintenance qualification relevant to role
Work Rights:

• Must be currently in Australia or willing to relocate to Goulburn
