Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a highly experienced and disciplined Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Structures) to join our team in Perth, WA! If you’re a proactive, flexible and experienced professional with a drive to succeed, you’re the type of person we would like to welcome onboard.

The essential requirements

• Certificate IV or equivalent qualification in Structures Engineering.
• 3+ years’ experience in PC-21, preferably in defence aviation sector.
• Ability to work a day shift with flexibility for occasional afternoon shifts.
• Strong attention to detail, safety focus, and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Currently holds Baseline security clearance and NV1 or ability to obtain
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Shifts run Monday to Friday across mornings and afternoons, with occasional weekend or night work when required.

Additional qualifications

We are specifically looking for candidates capable of committing to flexible working arrangements; further, please ensure that you are available to work in Perth, WA before applying.
