Role Description
Aircraft Maintenance Engineers are required to support Defence aviation maintenance activities across multiple Australian locations. Opportunities exist for Mechanical, Avionics and Structures engineers working within regulated Defence aviation environments.
Engineers will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, rectification and modification tasks while ensuring strict compliance with Defence and aviation regulatory standards. Work may involve base maintenance, depot-level maintenance or operational aircraft support depending on location.
Successful candidates will work as part of experienced engineering teams maintaining Defence aircraft platforms while adhering to safety, quality and documentation requirements.

Essential Requirements
Required Role Experience: Aircraft maintenance experience within regulated aviation environments (Defence experience highly regarded)
Maintenance Qualification / Licence: Certificate IV in Aeroskills or recognised aircraft maintenance qualification
Work Rights: Australian Citizen required for Defence environments
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain or hold Defence security clearance
Skills: Aircraft maintenance, inspections, defect rectification, strong documentation discipline
Attitude: Safety-first mindset, strong work ethic, team-oriented, proactive communicator
