Senior Project Manager – Electrical Construction: We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction and renovation projects while helping develop the next generation of Project Managers. This Senior Project Manager role offers a high level of ownership, leadership visibility, and long-term career growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own electrical construction projects from planning through completion
• Lead project execution, billing, cash flow, and reporting
• Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams
• Mentor and support Project Managers and Project Engineers
• Review contracts, manage change orders, and coordinate manpower
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, GCs, and trade partners
• Participate in leadership initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

What You Bring

• 5–10 years of electrical construction project management experience
• Experience managing projects valued between $1M–$25M
• Strong leadership presence and communication skills
• Ability to operate independently while supporting team success

Education

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Equivalent experience considered
