Cornerstone Staffing has partnered with a local Omaha manufacturer and is hiring a Maintenance Technician for their team. The Maintenance Technician will ideally come with 5+ years of relevant work history. Multiple opportunities available, all direct-hire with full benefits! More details are below.

Hours/Location for the Maintenance Technician:
Sun-Thurs, 3rd shift - Council Bluffs
Nights, 12hr rotating shift - Council Bluffs
Mon-Fri, 2nd shift - Omaha

Pay/Benefits for the Maintenance Technician:
$28-34/hr (DOE)
OT available

Key Responsibilities for the Maintenance Technician:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete timely repairs
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Install and upgrade equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

Qualifications/Requirements for the Maintenance Technician:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of PLCs and industrial controls
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or shift work as needed
