Machine Operator II
Manufacturing Facility | Full-Time
Rotating 12 Hour Schedule – 3 on / 2 off / 2 on / 2 off

We’re hiring a Machine Operator II to join our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands machinery, can troubleshoot issues, and wants to grow their skills.
As a Machine Operator II, you’ll operate, monitor, and make adjustments to production equipment while helping keep the line running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor assigned production machinery
• Perform machine setups and changeovers
• Make adjustments to keep production running smoothly
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical or electrical issues
• Load raw materials and inspect finished product
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Communicate issues clearly with supervisors and teammates

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous machine operating experience in manufacturing
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read basic technical instructions or diagrams
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking
• Safety-minded, dependable, and team-oriented

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing plant setting
• Rotating Shifts
• Ability to lift up to 58 lbs
• Frequent standing, climbing stairs/ladders, and working around moving equipment
• Exposure to noise, temperature changes, and industrial conditions
