CRM Operations & Client Support Specialist
We’re looking for a CRM-savvy professional to be the go-to expert for HubSpot (or similar CRM software). This role owns CRM setup, optimization, reporting, and day-to-day support while serving as the first point of contact for users and clients who rely on the system.
You’ll troubleshoot issues, train users, maintain data integrity, and help improve processes across the organization. Strong communication skills and an outgoing, service-oriented personality are essential.
Salary $26-$30 hour
