Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough audits, ensuring meticulous data collection and assessment of insured exposures.
• Input and maintain accurate records. 
• Act as a primary contact for clients, providing clear explanations and resolving issues in a professional manner.
• Work alongside various departments to streamline audit processes and enhance the overall customer experience

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and has an aptitude to learn other software applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with a high accuracy rate
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve and use good judgment
• Strong reading comprehension skills to interpret and apply manual rules
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Desire to continuously learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required 
• Previous related work experience
