Client Services Representative (Contract-to-Hire | Hybrid After Training)
Location: Downtown Omaha
Pay: $19/hour + monthly performance bonus (average $800 after training)
Schedule: Full-time
We are seeking a Client Services Representative to handle inbound calls and emails from existing insurance clients. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity in a structured call center environment for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and performance-driven.
Job Duties:

• Handle 100% inbound phone calls and emails
• Answer client questions and update insurance policies
• Maintain quality of work
• Meet productivity expectations
• Adhere to schedules, breaks, and attendance requirements

Training & Schedule:

• 6 weeks total training (4 weeks structured training + 2 weeks evaluation)
• Training hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• First 90 days are 100% onsite
• After training, shift times assigned based on business needs and availability
• Hybrid schedule available after training (2 remote / 3 in-office) based on performance

Pay & Bonus:

• $19/hour base pay
• Monthly performance bonus (average $800)
• Bonus eligibility begins after training is completed, typically starting in month 2

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of call center experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Insurance experience preferred but not required

Additional Details:

• Parking available for approximately $5/month (4–4.5 blocks from building)
• Company will pay for insurance licensing if you choose to pursue it
