Customer Service Representative

Pay: $22–$26/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
(Flexible to 7:30 AM–4:00 PM if needed)

About the Role This position supports customers and internal teams by handling order-related questions, entering orders, and helping resolve issues to keep things moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions by phone and email regarding orders, pricing, shipping, and delivery
• Enter and update orders, including changes and partial shipments
• Process returns and credits
• Work with Production, Sales, Shipping, and Credit teams to resolve issues
• Track customer communications and assist with order or shipment issues

Experience & Skills

• 1–3 years of customer service experience (order entry or problem-solving)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Helpful Background

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Epicor ERP experience
• Basic hydraulic knowledge
• Experience supporting sales or production teams
