Oversees the daily operations of the Settlements team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of high-volume grain and other commodity transactions.

Job Description:
Manage daily invoicing, including applying incoming payments and processing accounts payable transactions.
Accurately and efficiently handle high-volume grain and freight settlements.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between company and customer accounting records.
Address and resolve escalated issues by consulting and collaborating with internal teams.
Work closely with traders, accounting staff, and customers to ensure accurate maintenance of customer accounts.
Ensure grain settlements are completed in accordance with contractual terms and company policies.
Deliver prompt and accurate payments and invoices to a wide range of customers.
Reconcile shipment data, receipts, payments, and contract balances to maintain accurate records.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business objectives.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field and/or Industry Certifications preferred or combination of education and experience desired.
Plus, 2 years of relevant work experience in a fast paced, office setting environment.
Prior experience in the grain or freight industry is highly desirable.
