Cornerstone has partnered with a local Omaha transportation company that is looking for temporary coverage while one of their employees goes on maternity leave. The length of this contract would be approximately from the end of April through the 2nd week of July. There is potential to be hired full-time.

Pay/Hours for the Customer Service/Administrative Assistant:

• $21/hr - not negotiable 
• M-F 8am-5pm, no nights/weekends/holidays

Location/Benefits for the Customer Service/Administrative Assistant:

• FULLY in-office
• Office located in Bellevue, NE
• NO benefits as this is a contract position - if you were to be hired on then you would become eligible for full benefits

Responsibilities for the Customer Service/Administrative Assistant:

• Work with customers to book private care transport services
• Provide excellent customer service 
• Complete inbound calls
• Make outbound calls to close the sale 
• This role consists of being on the phone 50% of the time
• This is not a call-center position

Requirements for the Customer Service/Administrative Assistant:

• MUST have previous customer service experience
• Have administrative and organization skills 
• Have to be comfortable making outbound calls to customers
• Pass a background check
