Why this Role Matters: 

We are recruiting for an experienced General Manager – Portfolio to provide strategic and operational leadership across the Western Sydney University portfolio. This pivotal role is accountable for driving outstanding financial and operational outcomes, maximising occupancy, and delivering a best‑in‑class resident experience. Leading a high‑performing team and partnering closely with key institutional stakeholders, you will play a critical role in strengthening UniLodge’s reputation as the manager of choice in student accommodation.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the operational and financial performance of multiple properties within the portfolio.
• Drive occupancy and revenue through strategic rate management and marketing initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and development.
• Maintain compliance with legislation, WHS, and UniLodge policies while ensuring property standards.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with owners, universities, and key stakeholders.

About You: 

• Proven experience in multi-site property or portfolio management.
• Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
• Valid National Police Check + WWCC (NSW)
