About the Role:  

We are looking for a Resident Experience Manager to join the team at 50 Quay, a premium Build-to-Rent community in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused professional who thrives on creating meaningful connections, delivering outstanding customer experiences and bringing a resident community to life.

In this role, you will be at the heart of the resident experience. From planning and delivering engaging community events to managing resident communications, supporting property operations and developing innovative ancillary services, you will play a key role in creating a place where residents thrive at home.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

• Lead the resident experience at 50 Quay, building a welcoming, connected and vibrant community where residents feel genuinely at home.
• Create and deliver an engaging events and community program that brings residents together and makes the most of the exceptional lifestyle and amenities 50 Quay has to offer.
• Drive innovation and ancillary services by identifying partnerships and initiatives that enhance the resident experience while contributing to commercial performance.
• Support the day-to-day operation of the community, working alongside the General Manager and property team to deliver responsive service and assist with key property management activities.
• Champion the future of Build-to-Rent, using resident feedback, data and market insights to continuously improve the community and position 50 Quay as a leader in resident experience.

About You:

Our team at Essence Communities are seeking a people-focused professional who genuinely enjoys creating connections and delivering exceptional experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced, community-focused environment and have a natural ability to make people feel welcome, valued and supported.

You will also bring:

• Experience in Build-to-Rent, property, hospitality, customer experience or community management is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships.
• A creative and proactive approach to community engagement and event planning.
• Current Full Real Estate Agent’s Licence or Certificate of Registration (QLD)
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia & National Police Check.
