Reporting to the Asset & Facilities Manager, the Cleaning Services Manager is responsible for overseeing cleaning, hygiene, and waste management contracts across our accommodation portfolio.
This is a leadership role focused on contract oversight, quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with internal teams and contractors to ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and sustainability, with a strong focus on initiatives that reduce waste to landfill and improve environmental outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing - Lead and oversee contracted cleaning, hygiene, and waste management services
- Ensure cleaning schedules and service standards are consistently achieved
- Conduct quality assurance audits and inspections across multiple sites
- Build strong working relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders
- Monitor contract performance, service delivery, and compliance requirements
- Support sustainability initiatives and environmentally responsible practices
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, invoice coding, and expenditure oversight
- Prepare reports identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Help create safe, clean, and welcoming spaces for residents and staff

- A passion for customer service and community wellbeing
- Experience in cleaning services, hospitality, contractor management, or contract administration will be highly regarded.
