About this Role: 

As our Resident Experience Team Member (Assistant Property Manager), you’ll be at the heart of the resident experience at West Tower at Melbourne Quarter.

As the warm and welcoming face for our residents and visitors, you will help create a vibrant community where people feel at home. From delivering exceptional service and supporting leasing activities to coordinating events and building meaningful connections, you’ll play an important role in making everyday living a little better at West Tower. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Being the first point of contact for residents and visitors
• Managing front desk operations, calls, enquiries and resident requests
• Delivering a warm, professional and exceptional customer experience
• Supporting leasing and property management activities
• Coordinating resident check-ins, inspections and apartment viewings
• Building strong relationships and fostering a sense of community
• Supporting resident events and engagement initiatives
• Managing the Property Management System (PMS) and front office systems
• Representing the Build to Rent brand and maintaining high service standards
• Supporting the wider team with the smooth day-to-day operation of the community

About You: 

We are looking for an entry level real estate professional who thrives in a vibrant, community-led environment. To this role, you will bring: 

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with a results-focused mindset
• Effective time management and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Completed Cert IV in Real Estate/Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC)
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia & National Police Check.
