About this Role:
In this critical leadership position, you will be responsible for the strategic, financial and operational leadership of the UniLodge @ Curtin portfolio, overseeing multiple on‑campus student accommodation properties.
This role provides end‑to‑end accountability for performance, compliance, asset presentation and stakeholder relationships, while delivering exceptional resident experiences. Leading and developing high‑performing, multi‑site teams, the GMP drives strong commercial outcomes, continuous improvement and a positive culture for residents, guests and staff.
Here's what you will do:
- Manage the day-to-day operations and financial performance across multiple properties, ensuring targets are consistently met.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate teams across all sites, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, universities, and owners, establishing strong rapport and delivering great service
- Maximise occupancy and revenue by implementing strategic leasing and marketing initiatives, along with proactive rate management.
- Oversee the financial performance of the portfolio by delivering accurate budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
About You: With a background in student accommodation, hotels or a similar service‑led environment, you bring strong commercial acumen and a genuine passion for enhancing the resident experience. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Background in student accommodation, hospitality or real estate and experience managing multi‑site property environments.
- Deep understanding of operational best practice, compliance and asset management.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence with investors, owners, university partners.
- Experience curating high‑performing, collaborative teams across multiple locations.
- National Police Check and Valid Real Estate and Business Agents Licence (or be willing to obtain).
