We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QC Analyst to join a modern food manufacturing facility in South Auckland on a 6-week temporary assignment.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a newly established production site where quality, food safety, and continuous improvement are key priorities.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Champion and maintain high quality standards across all production lines within a brand-new manufacturing facility.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections to ensure production readiness.
• Review and test finished products to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
• Raise, document, and investigate non-conformances, supporting corrective and preventative actions.
• Deliver quality and food safety training and guidance to production staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives within QA processes.
• Provide general support across departments as required, maintaining a proactive and hands-on approach.

About You:

• Previous experience in Quality Control within a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety, GMP, and quality assurance processes.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Reliable, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
