Maintenance Plumber

£35,000 - £37,000 

The Role
 
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established facilities management contract covering Salisbury, Basingstoke, Andover, Warminster and surrounding areas.

This is a stable, Monday-Friday role with a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, working across commercial and government sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial plumbing systems
• Fault finding and repair of water and drainage systems
• Repair cracked pipework, clear blockages, and maintain complex plumbing systems
• Carry out leak detection, soldering and brazing works
• Install, modify and repair plumbing components including:
  • Valves, traps, unions and backflow prevention devices
  • Water heaters, tanks, sinks, showers and storage systems
• Ensure all works are completed in line with current regulations and site standards
• Accurately complete job reports using PDA systems

What We're Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 Plumbing qualification
• Strong experience in commercial plumbing / building services maintenance
• Background in FM or commercial property environments
• Experience with both reactive maintenance and PPM
• Full UK driving licence

• On Call: 1 in 9/10 rota - £150 standby payment
