An excellent opportunity for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider on a high-end tenant contract in Liverpool Street. Working within a team of four, this is a hands-on lead role on a prestigious professional services environment
 
The successful candidate can be electrically or mechanically biased, must be fully qualified in one discipline, and confident carrying out maintenance and basic works across the other. This is a tenant-focused contract, with a strong emphasis on lighting systems, small works, and statutory compliance.
 
Duties:

• Planned and reactive maintenance across M&E services
• Lighting maintenance and fault finding
• Small works and minor installations
• Simmtronic / intelligent lighting systems
• FCU servicing and basic mechanical works
• Statutory compliance tasks and inspections
• Safe isolation of plant and systems
• Ensuring works are completed in line with H&S and site procedures
• Completing PPMs, logbooks, RAMS and reports
• Liaising with on-site client representatives
• Managing permits to work
• Raising and closing jobs via PDA / CAFM system
• Supporting and leading site operations to a high standard

Requirements:

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Multi-skilled with the ability to work across both disciplines
• Proven building services maintenance experience
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance
• Tenant-facing experience preferred
• Professional, polite and personable
• Motivated and capable of leading by example

Salary & Package:

• £50,000 - £52,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
