Electrical Maintenance Engineer

£45,000 - £47,000 

An excellent opportunity for an electrical bias maintenance engineer to join a leading building services provider on a high end commercial property based in the City of London. This role offers the opportunities of internal training and many progression opportunities. 

You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of electrical and building services systems, ensuring compliance and minimal downtime for the client. This role suits a qualified and skilled engineer who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced setting.
 
Duties

• Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance on systems, including Single and Three Phase Power, UPS, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, and more.
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults and conducting routine safety checks.
• Supporting mechanical systems and other building services where required.
• Maintaining compliance records, logbooks, and documentation.
• Liaising with clients and attending regular performance meetings.
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with company and statutory standards.

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations.
• Experience in electrical building services maintenance.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and safety practices.
• Polite, professional, and client-focused approach.

Salary and Benefits

• £45,000 - £47,000 
• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
