This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider on a prestigious, high-profile contract in Liverpool Street. The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified and work on a continental shift pattern (days and nights), operating as part of a large on-site maintenance team.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, remedial works, and emergency response across a large and complex commercial site.

Key Responsibilities

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Air Handling Units (AHUs)
• Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
• Pumps (including bearings and mechanical seals)
• Water treatment (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks, etc.)
• Cooling towers
• Tap temperature monitoring
• Chilled water systems
• General plumbing
• Generators
• Pressurisation units
• BMS operation
• CRAC units
• Motors

Requirements

• Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent
• Apprentice trained (desirable)
• Proven experience within building services maintenance
• Strong client-facing skills and professional manner

• £53,000 – £56,000 per annum
