Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
White City, London
£45,000 – £48,000

This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider on one of their high-profile contracts in White City. The mechanically qualified engineer will work a shift pattern of 7am – 4pm and 10am – 7pm (Monday to Friday) as part of a large maintenance team, undertaking planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works, and emergency response on site.

The company is a well-established maintenance provider that actively supports career progression, offering ongoing training and development opportunities. This role is based on a large and prestigious higher education contract, which is a flagship site for the business.

Duties

• PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) & reactive maintenance
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Pumps – bearings & mechanical seals
• Water treatment (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks, etc.)
• Chilled water systems
• Plumbing
• Sprinklers
• Generators
• Pressurisation units
• BMS operation

Requirements

• Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
• Apprentice trained – desirable
• Building services maintenance experience
• Strong client-facing skills

Package

• £45,000 – £48,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday (7am – 4pm / 10am – 7pm shift pattern)
• 25 days holiday
