An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a leading FM service provider at a large, high-profile commercial office building in the Liverpool Street area. Working as part of a close knit on-site engineering team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of landlord areas within this prestigious commercial environment.
 
The role is Monday to Friday on a rotating split-shift basis (6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, and 10am-7pm), carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and associated building services. This is a client-facing position within a premium commercial setting, offering long-term stability and genuine progression opportunities.
 
The successful candidate will be fully electrically qualified with a strong background in commercial building services maintenance. You will be comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within a small on-site team. Strong communication skills and a professional approach are essential due to the nature of the site.
 
Duties:

• PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) & reactive maintenance
• Electrical fault finding
• Single & three-phase power
• Emergency lighting
• Fire alarms
• HVAC plant
• Pumps & motors
• AHUs / AC systems
• Tap temperature checks
• Flushing
• Water treatment
• Filter and belt changes
• General building services maintenance

Requirements:

• Recognised Electrical qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent minimum)
• Proven experience within commercial building services maintenance
• Comfortable working in a highly client-facing environment
• Career-driven and motivated
• Polite, professional, and personable

Salary & Benefits:

• Monday to Friday (rotating shifts: 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, 10am-7pm)
• £50,000 - £52,000 per annum
