Maintenance Engineer

£35,000 - £40,000

We have a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer in South West London! Great chance if you're looking to avoid commuting to Central London, you'll be joining a well renowned building service provider offering valuable career progression, on-going training and job satisfaction.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, general fabric / carpentry duties, liaise with subcontractors, update site logbooks and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided

Maintenance Engineer Duties:

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple sites
• Perform plumbing and water system maintenance (taps, valves, toilets, leaks, pipework, water treatment, tap temperatures)
• Maintain legionella control and awareness
• Service and repair AHUs and FCUs
• Conduct plant room inspections and general building checks
• Test and maintain emergency lighting and fire alarms
• Undertake fabric and general maintenance works as required

Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience within commercial building maintenance 
• Client facing attitude 
• Proactive and positive work ethic 
• No formal qualifications required but would be desirable 

Salary and Package:

• £35,000 - £40,000 per annum 
• Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm / 10am - 7pm 
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
• Parking on site
