We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a large commercial site in the city. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to occupiers, contractors, and visitors.
What you’ll be doing:
• Acting as the on-site lead for building operations, ensuring the property is safe, compliant, and running smoothly.
• Managing contractors, overseeing PPM and reactive works, and monitoring standards across cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, waste management and more.
• Supporting statutory compliance using FM and H&S platforms, coordinating inspections, and ensuring documentation is audit-ready.
• Being a visible point of contact for occupiers—responding to queries, supporting service requests, and helping maintain a first-class customer experience.
• Taking ownership of systems, admin, purchase orders, and small works coordination to keep operations moving efficiently.

What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience within Facilities or Building Management in a commercial environment.
• Confident working with FM systems and compliance processes.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• IOSH qualification - Desirable
