4 Healthcare is proud to partner with a leading private clinic in the search for an Allied Health Manager, a dynamic leader who can champion the organisation’s culture, uphold its brand, and guide the team toward continued excellence.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the smooth operation of the clinic while keeping sight of the broader strategic direction. You’ll ensure daily systems and workflows run efficiently, while also taking a big-picture view to support long-term goals and service growth.

• Lead a team of Speech Pathologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the leadership team to foster and model the organisation’s culture, values, and goals in all aspects of practice.
• Support the business owner with internal strategic planning by understanding the needs of clients and staff, providing informed feedback, and leading or delegating projects that enhance outcomes for the organisation, the team, and the people we support.
• Contribute to business sustainability and ongoing growth by assisting the business owner with operational and strategic initiatives.
•  With the Business Owner, identify workforce needs and potential.

Qualifications / Essentials

• Relevant tertiary qualification, and full SPA registration
• 2 years minimum in a senior/leadership position
• Broad clinical experience with pre-school and / or school- aged children.
• Working with children's check (or willingness to obtain)
