About the Role

4 Healthcare Recruitment is partnering with a well-established allied health provider to recruit a Speech Pathologist supporting clients across the lifespan including paediatrics, adults, and aged care.
  
This role is based in Melbourne’s Inner Northern Suburbs, offering a supportive multidisciplinary environment with strong supervision, flexible working arrangements, and a manageable caseload.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, communication and swallowing assessments
• Provide therapy services across paediatrics, adult and aged care populations
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
• Work collaboratively with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports
• Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
• SPA registration or eligibility
• Experience or interest working across the lifespan
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
