Occupational Therapist – Paediatrics (Clinic-Based)

• Flexible FT/PT + WFH options for true work–life balance
• All levels welcome, no travel required
• Hybrid role: WFH in the mornings, clinic in the afternoons
• 100-day mentoring program
• Junior to Team Leader positions available
• Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 plus bonuses
• Collaborate with a team of 20+ OTs and Speech Pathologists
• Structured 100-day induction with a $2,000 professional development allowance
• Weekly supervision and mentoring
• See the same children every week
• Large sensory gym
• One work-from-home day per week

Occupational Therapist – Work with the Aboriginal Community

• Base salary up to $122,000 + super + NFP salary packaging
• 3.2 billable hours/day
• Laptop, phone, EAP provided
• Clinical supervision and CPD support
• Clinic-based role
• Three additional leave days over Christmas
• CPD budget: $10,000

Occupational Therapist – Allied Health Education Coordinator (OT, Public Health, Non-Clinical)

• Salary: $130,000 - $147,000 plus super + NFP salary packaging
• 5 weeks annual leave
• No billable targets

Occupational Therapist – Neuro-Focused Caseload (OT-Owned and Operated) state of the art clinic 

• Work with AT, home modifications
• 12 RDO's per year. 
• Large OT team
• 5 days CPD leave per year
• Annual wage review
• Low billables: only 4 hours/day, 4 days/week or 9-day fortnight
• Learn from a nationally renowned OT via house supervision and shadowing
• Internal and external supervision
• Flexible working arrangements (WFH, clinic, or community-based)
• Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 plus super

Contracting Opportunities – NDIS & Non-NDIS

• Clinic or community: adults, paediatrics, or schools
• Up to $120/hour
• NSW Health ACCP and Refugee Health Package reports: $210–$330 per report

Occupational Therapist – Adult Clinic-Based

• State-of-the-art gym and clinic
• Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 + super
• Clinic-based multidisciplinary team with diverse caseload (including physical referrals)
• Work with AT and equipment prescription
• No travel required

Occupational Therapist – School-Based Role

• Salary: $80,000 - $110,000
• 13 weeks paid annual leave

Occupational Therapist Consultant (Non-Clinical)

• Non-profit organisation
• No billable hours
• 9-day fortnight
• Open to new grads through to leadership
• Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 plus salary packaging benefits

Adult Occupational Therapist – OT-Owned and Operated Organisation

• Community/Adults – AT & home modifications
• Diverse caseload: Adult AT / Home Modifications / HCP / icare / NDIS
• Flexible work arrangements, including work-from-home
• Pay rates: $80,000 – $130,000 + super (including all travel expenses)
• Leadership and junior roles available

Occupational Therapist – Work with the Aboriginal Community

• Base salary up to $122,000 + super + NFP salary packaging
• 3.2 billable hours/day
• Laptop, phone, EAP provided
• Clinical supervision and CPD support
• Clinic-based role
• Three additional leave days over Christmas
• CPD budget: $10,000

What We Are Looking For

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (all levels welcome)
• AHPRA registration
• Caring, confident, and professional manner
• Strong correspondence, record-keeping, communication, and report-writing skills
• Commitment to growing clinical skills and knowledge
• Strong organisational skills
