The Role
This is a rare opportunity to step into a Clinical Lead position within a speech pathology team. You will manage a paediatric caseload while also providing clinical guidance, mentoring and support to other clinicians.
The role is primarily community-based, working across homes, schools and early learning environments, with the flexibility to work from home when not seeing clients. Caseloads are thoughtfully allocated based on your location and can be structured to suit your preferred working style, including the option to group appointments geographically.
You will work closely within a multidisciplinary team, often collaborating on joint sessions to support children with complex needs. The caseload is predominantly paediatric, covering a wide range of presentations including communication delays, ASD, literacy and developmental delays, with future scope to support clients transitioning into early adulthood.
This role offers the autonomy to shape your day, alongside consistent clinical support, structured supervision and regular opportunities for professional development.
Qualifications / Essentials
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA registration
- Experience working within paediatric and or community settings
- Demonstrated ability to support or mentor other clinicians
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current Working With Children Check or ability to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain
- Current driver’s licence
