The Organisation
4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a
well-established, clinician-owned allied health provider in Newcastle.
You’ll be joining a
large multidisciplinary team, including
18 Occupational Therapists, 11 Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners, offering a highly supportive and collaborative environment.
The clinic is a standout — featuring a
large, fully equipped sensory gym and extensive therapy resources, allowing clinicians to deliver creative, high-quality therapy without limitations.
This is a
collaborative, ideas-driven environment where therapists are encouraged to think outside the box and contribute to innovative programs.
The Role This is a

- Deliver therapy in a purpose-built clinic environment
- Option to complete admin/report writing from home 1 day per week
- Have the flexibility to run your own schedule
- Optional involvement in outreach or school-based work
New graduates are fully supported with a
gradual caseload ramp-up (starting from 12–15 billable hours), reaching full capacity over ~6 months.
