Engineering Trades Australia (ETA) is seeking experienced Fixed Plant Supervisors for ongoing full-time opportunities across both project and maintenance scopes. 

About the roles:
We're recruiting for multiple Mechanical Supervisor positions supporting both major project works and ongoing maintenance works at sites across WA. Whether your background is heavier on shutdowns, project delivery, or day-to-day maintenance, we want to hear from you.

About you:

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Mandatory)
• S26 Statutory Supervisor Cert
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence
• 5+ years supervisory experience
• Current Working at Heights and Confined Space ticket (within 2 years)
• Construction White Card
• Full Working Rights 
• Strong commitment towards safety and quality
• National Police Check 
• Supervisory experience
• Relevant trade qualification - Boilermaker or Mechanical Fitter
• Strong safety leadership and ability to manage crews in a resources/industrial environment
• Confined Spaces, Working at Confined Spaces
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
