An established and growing civil and heavy-haulage business is seeking a commercially minded Sales & Operations Coordinator to join its Logan-based team.

This hands-on position will suit someone who understands transport, heavy haulage, plant hire or civil operations and enjoys building customer relationships while coordinating the operational delivery of each job.
You will assist with incoming enquiries, prepare quotes, develop client relationships and work closely with drivers, operators, supervisors and customers to ensure jobs are planned and delivered effectively.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries and develop new business opportunities
• Prepare quotes and follow up prospective work
• Coordinate bookings, scheduling and operational requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Communicate with drivers, operators and internal stakeholders
• Monitor jobs from initial enquiry through to completion
• Support the continued growth of the heavy-haulage operation

About you:

• Experience within heavy haulage, transport, plant hire, cranes, logistics or civil construction
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded with quoting or sales experience
• Organised and comfortable coordinating multiple jobs and priorities
• Practical understanding of transport or site-based operations
• Confident working within a small-to-medium, hands-on business
