Process Operator – Iron Bridge | $55/hr | 8:6 / 7:7 Roster

$55 per hour | 8:6 / 7:7 Roster | FIFO | Start 23 September 2026

We are currently seeking experienced Process Operators to join our client’s team at the IronBridge mine site.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced operators looking for ongoing FIFO work on a balanced 8:6 or 7:7 roster, with a competitive $55 per hour rate and an immediate start available.

The Role
As a Process Operator, you will play an integral role in supporting the safe and efficient operation of the processing plant. You will be responsible for monitoring plant performance, operating equipment and identifying any issues to ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring processing plant equipment
• Conducting regular plant inspections and identifying faults
• Monitoring plant performance and process conditions
• Responding to alarms and operational issues
• Carrying out routine operational tasks and basic troubleshooting
• Maintaining accurate operational records and documentation
• Working closely with maintenance and other site teams
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with site safety procedures

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Process Operator, preferably within mining or mineral processing
• Experience working in a processing plant environment
• Strong understanding of safe operating procedures
• Ability to identify and respond to plant issues
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Previous FIFO experience will be highly regarded
