Civil Site Supervisor | Perth Metro Projects Are you an experienced Civil Site Supervisor looking for your next opportunity in Perth?

We are partnering with a well-established civil construction business to recruit an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join their growing team.
With a strong pipeline of projects across the Perth metropolitan area, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role with a respected contractor.
This position will initially commence as a contract opportunity, with strong potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
The Role as a Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising civil construction crews, plant and subcontractors
• Coordinating daily site activities and project resources
• Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements
• Managing site productivity and maintaining project schedules
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Liaising with project managers, engineers and subcontractors
• Monitoring quality and ensuring compliance with relevant safety requirements
• Providing leadership and support to site personnel

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• 5+ years' experience within civil construction, preferably in land development
• Previous experience supervising civil works and site crews
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities
• The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Construction White Card
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Permanent Australian working rights

A background operating civil machinery or progressing from an operator into supervision will be highly regarded.
