Boilermaker / Fabricator – Bowral, NSW

We are currently seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Fabricator to join a well-established workshop based in Bowral, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a reputable company offering competitive hourly rates and a supportive team environment.

What’s on offer:

• $55 – $58 per hour (casual rate)
• Full-time hours with overtime available
• Local workshop role – no FIFO
• Variety of fabrication and welding work

Key responsibilities:

• Fabrication and welding of structural steel and components
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• MIG / TIG welding (depending on project requirements)
• Workshop-based repairs and modifications
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• Trade qualified Boilermaker or Fabricator
• Strong welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to read technical drawings
• High attention to detail and safety
• Reliable and able to work both independently and in a team

Desirable:

• Forklift licence
• Experience with heavy structural or industrial work
